My Corner of the Vineyard – Shoalhaven

27 Aug 2019

It has been another great year here in the Shoalhaven on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. We continue to rejoice in the Lord’s salvation and as we look to Him, we are seeing God’s blessing in our lives, and in the work in our ‘corner of the vineyard.’

Even though we are not mighty in number we know that the Lord is able to save by many or by few. We are, as always, actively promoting the Gospel in our area.

A highlight of which was a recent ‘Rally style’ outreach held earlier this year in the picturesque fishing village of Ulladulla – where we now hold our Sunday meetings. We combined with the Moruya fellowship (just to the south of us) over a two day period (Saturday, Sunday) and with great support from the Sydney and Canberra fellowships were able to attract the attention of the local community via street witnessing, prophecy boards, music and a sausage sizzle in the park. The event culminated with a concert style meeting on the Saturday night with about 50 or so people in attendance – and the same again at the Communion meeting on the Sunday. The Lord blessed our efforts with two Baptism’s – both being filled with the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues in accordance with God’s word. We are already planning the next one for 2020!

Come join us at the Ulladulla Civic Centre on Sundays at 2pm. Visitors are always very welcome.
